One of the most important things I work on with my clients is helping them manage and relieve their stress. Notice I didn't say helping them reduce or eliminate stress - because stress is something we all deal with in this life, and most of it is not within our control. Not all stress is bad, but chronic stress is a real health killer. So what are the key points in managing your stress? How do you lessen the amount of stress you feel?
