One of the most important things I work on with my clients is helping them manage and relieve their stress. Notice I didn't say helping them reduce or eliminate stress - because stress is something we all deal with in this life, and most of it is not within our control. Not all stress is bad, but chronic stress is a real health killer. So what are the key points in managing your stress? How do you lessen the amount of stress you feel? Better yet, is it even possible to completely get rid of short and long term stress?

Why do we always think that in order to workout we have to go to the gym? Considering how much time it takes to get ready, drive there, spend an hour exercising, coming home, taking a shower and getting ready for our day can be a struggle.
