Appointments
Booking, confirming, rescheduling, and cancelling appointments are all in one place for your own convenience! You can easily view my available slots any day and book the time that works for you. Book as early as 2 days before your desired day. Wow!
Journals
You will have access to a 'Food & Mood Journal' where you can easily log all the food you ate for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack. It even has a nutrition summary which computes the calories and nutrients for you. And a 'Lifestyle Journal' where you can log any movement you made or activity you engaged in for the day. Plus, you can record your water intake easily here as well!
Communication
Practice Better has their own chat and video call tool which we can use to communicate with each other. It's as simple as opening the app on your phone!
